What to expect

Arrive & Settle

Arrive 15 minutes early. We'll set up your mat, eye mask, and headphones. Take a moment to ground yourself.

Guided Breathwork

Your facilitator guides you through the 9D breathing pattern while multi-layered audio takes you on a journey through your nervous system.

Somatic Release

As the breathwork deepens, your body may release stored tension and emotion. This is normal and supported in a safe, held space.

Integration

Gentle music brings you back. Take your time. We close with a brief sharing circle for anyone who wants to process their experience.

Common Questions

None at all. 9D Breathwork is suitable for complete beginners through to experienced practitioners. Your facilitator will guide you through every step.

Wear comfortable clothing. We provide mats, eye masks, and headphones. Bring a water bottle and a journal if you like to reflect after sessions.

Group sessions range from 60-120 minutes depending on the journey. Our standard session is 90 minutes. Arrive 15 minutes early for setup.

9D Breathwork is a gentle, non-invasive practice. However, if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have severe cardiovascular conditions, please consult your doctor first and let your facilitator know.

Your facilitator is trauma-informed and trained to support you. You can pause or stop at any time. There is no pressure — only what feels right for you.
